A $50 - administrative fee will be non-refundable. Please note we pay credit card charges and handling fees at the time of registration. In the case of cancellation due to illness or extreme circumstances, special exceptions to this policy will be made. Our commitments to coaches, facilities, and equipment are made based on enrollment as it occurs so that we have the highest quality program possible. We do offer full refunds in the form of credit for another COT event. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Jackal and Champions of Tomorrow Club Team refund policy
There are no refunds offered for our Jackals or other club teams. Club registration fees go towards uniforms, insurance, practice field rentals, coaching and other items that are prepaid and nonrefundable.
